Cancellation Policy

Written or email notification of cancellation received by L3A five (5) business days prior to the start of a course will receive a full refund, notification less than five (5) days will be entitled to a 50 % refund. In the event that L3A cancels a course, at least five (5) days notification will be given and a full refund. L3A is not responsible for attendees travel expenses. If a class is re-scheduled by the student or company in less than five (5) days, only 50 % of the course fee will be refunded.
