Magnetic Particle Testing is a fast and sensitive way of detecting flaws in ferromagnetic materials that may have flaw(s) on or just below the surface.

Our services can be conducted in our laboratory or at your facility. We have a 3000 amp HWDC wet stationary unit for new production or in-service parts, turbine engine component examination, critical aircraft parts, and weldments.

For field applications our inventory includes a mobile 4000 amp unit, AC/DC yokes, coils, wraps and prods. Clear concise inspection reports are delivered at the completion of our Magnetic Particle Testing services.
