Mr. Williams began his NDT career in the United States Air Force in 1981, primarily assigned to fighter aircraft such as the F-15 Eagle. After separating from the Air Force, he decided to pursue advanced NDT experience and eventual Level III certification in the civilian industry. Prior to founding Level 3 Associates, Mr. Williams served as the NDT Practice Director for Metal and Materials Engineers and was a majority of Certified Inspection Services, a subsidiary of MME that specialized in Aviation NDT. During the course of his 31 year NDT career, Mr. Williams has worked for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Applied Technical Services, and ATC Associates. Mr. Williams is currently ASNT #76623 certified in MT, PT and UT, he holds corporate Level III certification in RT and ET as well as CWI certification.

During the course of his 41 year NDT career, Mr. Williams has worked for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Applied Technical Services, and ATC Associates. Mr. Williams is currently ASNT #76623 certified in MT, PT and UT, he holds corporate Level III certification in RT and ET as well as CWI certification.
Mr. Vaughn’s NDT career began in the Unites States Air Force in 1982, responsibilities included determining and conducting established test methods, performing non-destructive test and interpreting and evaluating test results on various aircraft which he was assigned too, such as F-15 Eagle and C-130 Hercules. Upon leaving the Air Force he pursued a NDT career in the civilian industry. Mr. Vaughn’s more than 25 years of NDT experience has afforded him the opportunity to work in many industries to include aviation, petro-chemical, nuclear and paper and pulp. Mr. Vaughn has worked for companies’ such as Raytheon Engineers and Constructors, Ebasco Services, Inc., Applied Technical Services and Metals and Materials Engineers. Mr. Vaughn holds Level II certifications in UT, PT, MT, RT, an ET; he is currently seeking his Level III certifications by ASNT.

Ms. Merritt began her NDT career with Level 3 Associates with over 4 years of Administrative experience. In addition to her key strength in human resource information management systems, she also possess background in federal contract regulations and compliance, diversity and inclusion, change management, employee benefits, compensation, performance management, employee recruitment, training and employee relations. Ms. Merritt is a graduate of The University of West Georgia, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She has also earned her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University. Prior to joining Level 3 Associates, Ms. Merritt served as Senior Advisor at Tech High School in Atlanta, GA.
